Torsion bar spring axles

Technology

Torsion bar spring axles have a firmly clamped multiple-component spring steel torsion bar in the centre of the axle tube. The suspension is provided by rotating the torsion bar against the axle tube. The torsion bar is hereby charged with torsional stress.
